Our family recipe stemmed from a simple idea “if you can put it on pasta then you can put it on pizza.” Whether you are in the mood for our classic cheese, the Soho Square, Spicy Spring, or even our vegan option – we have something that will surely make your taste buds dance with pure joy. Our Sicilian recipes have been in the family for generations, including our sauces which are handcrafted daily from scratch and paired perfectly with our crisp and fluffy dough. For our team at Prince Street Pizza, happiness is at the core of everything we do. To ensure everyone feels that way, we aim to create a work environment and business that promotes job satisfaction, respect, responsibility, integrity, safety and value for all our team members and customers. We all share in the responsibility of improving the quality of our experiences in our store.

At Prince Street Pizza, we take anything that puts the safety and happiness of our customers or team members at risk very seriously. Any violation of our conduct policy by team members or customers will be swiftly investigated, and we will take action based on the results of our findings. Such actions may range from removal from the premises, notification of violations to proper authorities, administrative action and training or termination of employment for our team members.

While it is impossible to list everything that could be considered misconduct in our stores, to ensure a positive and safe experience for all, the following conduct is a list of common-sense infractions. This policy is not intended to limit our right to remove offenders for any reason permitted by law.
  • We do not under any circumstance allow graphic, obscene, explicit or racial
  • comments, content or gestures; nor do we allow comments that are abusive, hateful or intended to defame or hurt anyone or any organization.
  • We do not allow actions, conduct, or comments that suggest or encourage illegal activity.
  • We do not allow any actions, conduct, or comments that discriminate against our customers or employees based on race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, or gender identity and expression), national origin, culture, age, disability and genetic information (including family medical history), veteran status, immigration status, educational level, social and economic status, political beliefs, and mental and physical disabilities.
  • We do not allow actions, threats, or behavior that is defamatory or obscene, causes panic, uses fighting or threatening words or physical violence, incites crime or demeans or harasses another individual or institution. Violators will be removed, and the action will be documented and shared with the proper authorities.
  • We do not allow any actions, threats, or behavior that put the health and safety of our customers and/or team members in jeopardy.
  • We expect everyone in our stores to adhere to COVID-19 safety protocols. Violators will be asked to put on a mask and can be provided a mask when needed (and when they are available).
